Role OverviewAs a Hardgoods Sales Associate, you'll help every guest find the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings to match their needs and goals. With your product knowledge, people skills, and passion for the outdoors, you'll deliver welcoming, personalized service that ensures each guest leaves feeling confident, supported, and excited for their time on the mountain.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests, provide personalized bootfitting, share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keep the shop vibe warm and inviting, and create memorable experiences for beginners and experts alike.
