Role OverviewAs a Hardgoods Sales Associate, you'll help guests find the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings to match their needs and goals. With your product knowledge, people skills, and passion for the outdoors, you'll deliver welcoming, personalized service that ensures each guest leaves feeling confident, supported, and excited for their time on the mountain.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests, provide personalized bootfitting, share knowledge of the latest gear, keep the shop vibe warm and inviting, create memorable experiences for beginners and experts alike, and perform other duties as assigned.

You're outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day. You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn). You're flexible with your schedule, good on your feet, and can lift up to 25 lbs. You have basic computer skills and strong English fluency (written and verbal).
