With your product knowledge, people skills, and passion for the outdoors, you'll deliver welcoming, personalized service that ensures each guest leaves feeling confident, supported, and excited for their time on the mountain.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests, provide personalized bootfitting, share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keep the shop vibe warm and inviting, and create memorable experiences for beginners and experts alike.

You're outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day, love to ski or snowboard, flexible with your schedule, good on your feet, and can lift up to 25 lbs, with basic computer skills and strong English fluency.
