Job Description
The Key Carrying Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and providing direction to teammates. They support building a strong team, creating a people-first culture, and upholding company standards. The Lead is also responsible for prioritizing coaching and developing oneself and others, leading by example, and creating an inclusive store environment.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability
  • Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
