Role OverviewAs a Computer Repair Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and restoring the functionality of various devices—such as laptops and Chromebooks—ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT hardware repair and support. You will work in a dynamic and growing company focused on supporting K–12 education.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop computers, installing and configuring operating systems, and maintaining accurate documentation of repairs and ticket resolutions in ticketing systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in computer repair (professional or DIY experience considered)
- Strong understanding of PC architecture and operating systems (Windows, Chrome OS)
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 40 lbs
- Ability to operate hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow instructions
