As a Hardware Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in configuring, validating, and optimizing hardware solutions tailored to customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of working experience as a Hardware Engineer with deep understanding of rack architecture, network gear (switches, optics, cables), and power/cooling technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience with Wiki/Project tacking software (Confluence, JIRA) and PLM systems (Agile or similar) is a plus.
- Experience working in the manufacturing environment or partnered with ODM/OEM to develop and launch new products
