Role OverviewThe Hardware Engineering Manager leads a multidisciplinary hardware team responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of products. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- 7+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in a leadership position, leading engineering teams and managing complex technical programs of electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong understanding of hardware product development cycles, including feasibility, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing
- Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., SolidWorks/CAD platforms, simulation tools, test measurement systems)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, etc.)
