Role Overview

The Hardware Technician will coordinate and execute the installation of Rehrig Pacific's Pallet Management Solutions and Vision Object Recognition systems. This role is primarily customer-facing and requires collaboration with internal teams such as Quality, Procurement, and New Product Development.

What You Will Do

Perform pre-install preparation, install hardware, provide technical support, and perform in-field service support. This includes collaborating with hardware engineers, evaluating customer site infrastructure, and troubleshooting equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Material Handling Field Service Technician experience
  • Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
