Role OverviewThe Hardware Technician will coordinate and execute the installation of Rehrig Pacific's Pallet Management Solutions and Vision Object Recognition systems. This role is primarily customer-facing and requires collaboration with internal teams such as Quality, Procurement, and New Product Development.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-install preparation, install hardware, provide technical support, and perform in-field service support. This includes collaborating with hardware engineers, evaluating customer site infrastructure, and troubleshooting equipment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years Material Handling Field Service Technician experience
- Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
