Role OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently each day. You will lead and support hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production, and shipping, ensuring finished products move seamlessly through the warehouse.
What You Will Do
You will enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and ensure team compliance with safety standards. You will also maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies, including HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (i.e. ISO, OSHA, etc.)
- Awareness and willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
