Role OverviewResponsible for all maintenance planning, coordination of maintenance department, and organizing activities related to physical maintenance and sanitation of company property and capital equipment. Oversees Fab, Kill, and outside departments.
What You Will Do
Carry out management responsibilities for the Maintenance Department, meet maintenance schedules, train and develop employees, and manage significant training programs to maintain skill levels. Insure reliability of plant equipment, maintain downtime, and manage an effective PM program.
