Role OverviewThe Harvest Offal Superintendent oversees the efficient, safe, and effective operation of all offal-related departments on the harvest floor, ensuring production goals, yield targets, food safety, regulatory compliance, and employee performance standards are consistently achieved.
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities include overseeing offal operations, tracking yield levels, conducting safety walks, developing the offal management team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on a harvest floor as a supervisor or general foreman, with direct exposure to offal operations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team-development capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in hot temperatures and extended hours, including some weekends
- Physically able to navigate the harvest and offal floor, including uneven, slippery surfaces and tight spaces
