Role OverviewThe Harvest QA Technician A-Shift will be responsible for auditing, documenting, and enforcing USDA and facility regulations, ensuring food safety and quality program compliance, and working with FSIS/USDA to present records.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include performing checks and verifications, monitoring SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP procedures, and working with production associates to monitor meat product AQL standards and specifications.
