Role OverviewThe Harvest QA Technician A-Shift will be responsible for auditing, documenting, and enforcing USDA and facility regulations, as well as monitoring food safety and quality programs.
What You Will Do
The role will involve performing checks and verifications, monitoring SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP procedures, and working with production associates to monitor meat product AQL standards and specifications.
