Job Description
The Hatchery Lead - Transfer will assist the Supervisor in the successful operation of the Department, assuming the Supervisors responsibilities in his/her absence as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Ability to push / pull 450 lb. buggies of chicks and eggs
  • Excellent attendance, safety and work record
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
