Role OverviewThis person will work with breeder servicemen, supervise and monitor hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory and egg breakout at the lowest cost. Will be responsible for but is not limited to: maintaining accurate records, directing the workforce, hiring and training personnel, monitoring safety rules and regulations, setting schedule, observing all Bio-Security programs, overseeing a safe working environment, and overseeing the production of healthy baby chicks for broiler grown out.
