Job Description

Hays Electrical Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager to supervise field teams, oversee job site execution, manage superintendent performance, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. This role will bridge field execution and executive leadership, driving operational excellence across projects in their region.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in field leadership within electrical contracting or general construction.
Proven track record in managing superintendents, foremen, and large field teams on commercial, multifamily, or solar projects.
Deep understanding of NEC, construction safety standards, and best practices for field execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Willingness to travel to job sites across Texas.
