Job Description
The Accounting Manager will lead and oversee all accounting functions for our panel manufacturing operations, including full-cycle accounting, job cost oversight, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Associate's or equivalent experience considered)
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong manufacturing or industrial background
  • Advance proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar), accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Extensive experience with job costing, project accounting, and manufacturing cost structures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
