Job Description
HCBS Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing Home and Community-Based Services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or a related field.

Requirements

  • Reports to: HCBS Program Director
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field (not required) or, Equivalent experience in developmental disabilities services or human services may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or a related field
