HCI Product & Program Management Manager

The HCI Product & Program Management Manager independently manages the development, execution, and ongoing performance of assigned OEM, product, dealer, and emerging business programs.

The role involves evaluating business needs and program performance, developing recommendations, and coordinating approved initiatives that support growth, profitability, and the customer and dealer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of related experience in product or program management, sales, finance, marketing, or a related business function
• Experience independently leading complex projects or workstreams through cross-functional influence
• Experience in automotive finance, automotive sales, financial products, or dealer programs preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of product and program management practices, including performance measurement, financial analysis, and business case development
• Ability to analyze market, financial, and program information and develop practical recommendations
• Project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Effective relationship management and communication skills, including presenting results and recommendations to business leaders and external stakeholders
• Ability to translate business priorities into execution plans and lead work through influence without direct authority
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital retail sales tools or related technology
