Job Description
The HCM Administrator 1/Payroll and Benefits Administrator will oversee and manage central office and developmental center processing for payroll, health, dental, vision, disability, workers compensation, and salary continuation. The role will formulate and implement policies and procedures regarding benefits processing, and ensure all payroll and benefits issues are properly handled and administered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or public administration
  • 36 months of experience in human resources management or administration, including 18 months of experience in supervisory and/or managerial principles and techniques
