Job Description
The HCM Systems Manager is responsible for design and support of HCM system processes, working closely with HR, Recruiting, HSE, and Operations leadership to support and adjust system processes. The individual will follow the ERP Mission of supporting our Liberty colleagues as clients, working as a team to better support Liberty’s business through use of Oracle Cloud Systems and related applications.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
3+ years Oracle Cloud experience in the following HCM modules (HCM Core, HCM Recruiting, HCM Time and Labor, HCM Absence and HCM Payroll)
