Job Description
The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) is seeking a Human Capital Management Training Specialist to support the implementation of talent solutions and talent acquisition support and performance management state-wide programs.
Requirements
Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery
Good communication skills
Program management and administration skills
Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
