Job Description
We are seeking an HCV Program Supervisor to lead a team of Housing Specialists and support staff in a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervisory or management roles, a working knowledge of HUD's HCV Program, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, social work, or a related field
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience (HCV or affordable housing preferred)
  • Working knowledge of HUD's HCV Program, including HQS and rent calculation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning housing or case management systems
