Role OverviewAs a Service Technician, your goal is to provide outstanding customer service while being the best in the business and servicing customers' vehicles. The primary role of this position is to provide mechanical service at all levels to our customers.
What You Will Do
Perform repairs to specifications, diagnose problems, prepare service estimates, administer Fleet Checks, and complete work orders accurately.

Must have 3 years of experience in heavy-duty and commercial tires, and 3 years of experience in passenger, light truck, agriculture or industrial service. Ability to operate all auto repair tools, maintain high motivation, and excel in a team environment.

- ASE/TIA certification and willingness to participate in training
- Ability to operate all auto repair tools
- Maintain high motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
- Must have an upbeat outlook and excel in a team environment
- Enjoy a physically demanding work environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
