Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Baker to join our team at Park Hyatt Aviara, a AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on laminated doughs, bread pastries, and other baked goods, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook, preferably in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and bread pastry production.
  • Familiarity with various baking methods and equipment.
  • Ability to work early mornings, starting around 4:00 AM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
