Requirements

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately
  • Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
