Job Description
We are looking for a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead our Edge District studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about sharing the solidcore brand and workout, and has experience in group fitness, team development, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Serving as the studio's lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 10 classes per week
  • Delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience
  • Meeting company utilization & retention expectations
  • Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and create long-term partnerships
  • Providing coach development to a team of coaches
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the studio
  • Maintaining product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Executing routine operational tasks
