What You Will Do

Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program
- Three (3) years of industrial, commercial, or educational facility experience
- Extensive knowledge in the proper operation of vacuums, washers, and buffing equipment
- Ability to impart knowledge to subordinates
- Ability to schedule assignments and instruct staff in energy conservation procedures
- Ability to use power and hand tools associated with various trades
- Ability to work effectively from ladders with due regard to safety for self and others
Benefits
- Hourly rate: $24.50 - $33.22 per hour
