Job Description
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and creating an exceptional experience for members and guests at the club. This role delivers outstanding customer service, overseeing golf shop operations, and managing golf-related activities.

Requirements

  • Deliver efficient and friendly customer service across all areas of the pro-shop
  • Provide high-quality golf instruction to members/guests
  • Develop and promote a variety of golf clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors
  • Actively promote the game of golf and the club by maintaining a high standard of professionalism, service, and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with members
  • Create and manage an annual golf calendar outlining activities and events
  • Establish and achieve sales and instruction goals
  • Develop, implement, and oversee aggressive golf revenue strategies
  • Supervise outside golf operations
  • Lead and oversee golf shop operations
  • Manage and direct golf operations staff
  • Plan, promote, and execute all tournaments and special golf events
