Job Description
The Head of Cross Issue & Product Policy will lead the Cross Issue & Product Policy team, responsible for driving the end-to-end development of platform integrity and authenticity policy, ensuring high quality for safety policies across all harm areas, and working closely with Product and Strategy teams to provide policy support for cutting-edge initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Law, Academia, Technology, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of content policy, online safety, integrity, and authenticity challenges, as well as the dynamics of social media platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex topics for executives, external stakeholders, and broad audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with product, technical, legal, and operational teams.
  • High technical aptitude and ability to navigate complex tools, systems, and emerging technologies.
