Job Description
We’re seeking a Head of Data to lead the transformation of a legacy data environment into a governed, scalable enterprise data platform. The role is remote and located in Detroit, MI, and requires 10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise data leadership.
Requirements
Collaborate with executive and technology leadership to design and implement a modern enterprise data platform
Architect and launch a centralized Operational Data Store (ODS) supporting core business entities
Define canonical data models and establish domain-oriented data products
Operationalize enterprise data governance, ownership, and quality standards
Drive adoption of governed data assets across business units
Build and develop a high-performing data platform team
