Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the technology function behind our direct-to-consumer subscription business. The role owns the engineering roadmap, systems, data, and technical decisions that support ecommerce and operations.

Requirements
- Reside in the state of Ohio
- Experience leading engineering in an ecommerce, subscription, or similarly integrated digital business
- Strong judgment across modern web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data flows, security, and production operations
- Enough hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, SQL, and analytics to review work and contribute directly when needed
- Experience hiring and managing technical team members, working with vendors, and explaining technical tradeoffs to executives and nontechnical teams
