We're looking for a Head of Engineering to build, lead, and scale Pika's engineering organization.

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years in engineering management
Experience building engineering teams from scratch or scaling from small to medium size
Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, API platforms, and real-time systems
Proven track record of delivery of products used by millions of users
Hiring expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and closing senior engineering talent
Culture builder with experience creating engineering environments where people do their best work
Strategic thinker with ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and organizational structure
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities
