Job Description
Taco Bell Foundation seeks a Head of Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, and financial governance for a $60M+ organization. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations, while establishing strong financial discipline and visibility. The individual will lead a finance team and partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to inform strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience overseeing accounting and audit processes without needing to operate them day-to-day
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and accountability in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Track record of building or significantly improving FP&A processes and financial discipline in a growing organization
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and or boards
  • Familiarity with nonprofit finance and regulatory requirements preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
