Job Description
We're seeking a Head of Financial Communications to lead our financial communications strategy as we prepare for an IPO and transition to public company operations. The successful candidate will design and execute the company's financial communications strategy, ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness across internal and external stakeholders, and establish the infrastructure, processes, and narrative discipline needed to operate effectively as a public company.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, corporate affairs, or executive communications
  • Experience supporting a company through an IPO or other major liquidity or financial transformation event
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial data and insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements and global financial regulatory environments
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
