Role Overview

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will own and scale our marketing-led pipeline and product-led growth strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to ensure tight full-funnel alignment, from awareness to product adoption, SQL creation, and opportunity progression.

What You Will Do

You will own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, events, and PLG channels to drive awareness, user acquisition, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
  • Demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Experience scaling Series B/C companies
  • Experience with SLG, PLG, mobile app growth, freemium products, or self-serve acquisition
  • Expert use of HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with App Store acquisition, mobile attribution, lifecycle marketing, or product analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization
  • Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, product analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
