Job Description
Tin Can is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own the company's performance and system-driven growth efforts. The role will be responsible for building thoughtful, repeatable systems that drive efficient, sustainable growth across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience building and scaling growth engines in consumer or subscription businesses
  • Comfort owning numbers end-to-end: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, conversion
  • Deep hands-on experience across multiple channels (paid, email, partnerships, affiliates, etc.)
