Head of Insights

The Head of Insights will lead the development and implementation of insights strategy across priority business areas, customer segments, markets, and industry themes. They will work closely with various teams to ensure insights are actionable, differentiated, and commercially impactful.

What You Will Do

The role involves developing and leading insights initiatives, analyzing market data, customer data, and product usage to identify actionable patterns and opportunities. The Head of Insights will also turn insights into clear, compelling stories and help customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders understand market opportunities and business value.

• Significant experience in insights, research, strategy, analytics, market intelligence, or related roles
• Experience in B2B technology, sports, media, advertising technology, data, SaaS, betting, or related industries
• Proven ability to turn data and research into compelling business narratives and actionable recommendations
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, communications, thought leadership, and executive storytelling
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and identify meaningful patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment
