Head of IT

The Head of IT will lead the IT team and develop a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with company growth objectives. The role involves overseeing all company hardware, software, networks, cloud environments, identity and access systems, and collaboration tools. The Head of IT will also advise executive leadership on technology priorities, investments, risks, and tradeoffs.

The main responsibilities of the Head of IT include developing and executing an IT roadmap, building and leading a high-performing IT team, establishing IT governance and policies, and overseeing all company hardware, software, networks, cloud environments, identity and access systems, and collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in information technology, including meaningful leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university required; degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy systems and scaling technology infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
• Strong working knowledge across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, integrations, data architecture, and IT operations.
• Experience building, developing, and managing a small, high-impact technology team.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology decisions to operational and financial outcomes.
