Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in complex manufacturing or operations environments
Strong operations and manufacturing leadership skills with a solid understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and safety
Proven ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and relationship-building
