Role OverviewThe Head of Operations will be accountable for the end-to-end physical operations of Every Electric, including getting powerbanks into homes, tracking every unit, and bringing each one back for refurbishment or recycling. This is an initial hands-on individual contributor role with responsibility for building and running the operations function.
What You Will Do
The Head of Operations will assess current operations, redesign workflows for growth, and turn company goals into capacity plans and repeatable processes. They will also own the flow from order creation through delivery and deployment, keep serial-level records accurate across shipment, deployment, returns, refurbishment, and recycling, and improve reverse logistics with manufacturers.

- Demonstrated ability to build automation, internal tools or dashboards.
- Experience in a startup or similarly lean team, comfortable moving between planning and daily execution.
- Experience selecting, negotiating with and holding accountable logistics, delivery or fulfillment partners.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools and the judgment to validate their output.
- Interest in energy and decarbonization, and willingness to work hands-on in Brooklyn.
