Job Description
Our client is building a finance-first, all-in-one operating system for a highly complex and mission-critical industry in Latin America. They are looking for a Head of Product Design to build, lead, and professionalize Design as a true system-level discipline across a multi-product ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience building or rebuilding a design function from scratch
  • Strong background in design systems and scalable UX architecture
  • Hands-on experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Comfort contributing to design systems in code, not only design tools
  • Ability to influence, lead change, and operate in ambiguity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent Spanish; English is a strong plus
