Role OverviewThe Head of Production Finance will build and lead the production finance function from the ground up, partnering with senior creative, business, technology, and production leaders to establish sound financial infrastructure and build processes that will scale with INK as it grows.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities include serving as the primary Production Finance point of contact, building and leading a small, high-performing production finance team, owning end-to-end financial management of INK’s slate, designing and implementing production finance processes, and liaising with various departments to stand up and maintain production finance operations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of production finance and/or production accounting experience, including experience leading and developing a team, and will be able to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch, with a strong understanding of production budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow management, and production incentives.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of production finance and/or production accounting experience
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Direct animation experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of production budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow management, and production incentives
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of GL systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and production accounting systems (e.g., Global Vista, PSL+)
