Head of Property - East, responsible for delivering underwriting expertise and leadership for the US Property – East Region, defining financial plans, and achieving them. Leads a geographically diverse team of Underwriting Specialists & Team Leads. Responsible for talent development, business development, and product development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in underwriting of medium to large corporates
  • Deep technical and industry specialist underwriting skills
  • Ability to assess risks, coverages, terms and conditions of insurance placement
  • Portfolio management mindset
  • Market-facing relationship building skills
  • Strong broker and client network
