Role OverviewAs Head of Real Estate Transactions, FM and Projects, you will lead the commercial and financial strategy for regional real estate operations, supporting portfolio optimization, capital planning, construction, and lease administration. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive value across real estate transactions and service agreements.
What You Will Do
Your daily job will involve real estate strategy and portfolio management, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and divestitures to optimize portfolio performance. You will also conduct financial modelling for lease vs. buy, stay vs. relocate, and asset disposal opportunities.

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, lease negotiations, site selection, facilities management, and project management
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with expertise in portfolio optimization and capital project management
- Problem solving skills, experience with complex issues and ability to deal with competing priorities
- Ability to lead large-scale real estate transactions while driving cost efficiencies
- Expertise in construction, workplace operations, and regulatory compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing real estate aspects of corporate growth and restructuring initiatives
