Role OverviewWe're looking for a Head of Social Media Marketing to define and lead ID.me's social presence across all channels. This is a senior, highly visible role that sits within the Marketing organization and reports to our head of Brand marketing. You'll own the strategy, content, and community that shapes how 150M+ users and millions of prospective ones understand and trust ID.me.
What You Will Do
Develop and own the multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Define channel-specific goals, KPIs, and reporting cadences that connect social performance to business outcomes (brand awareness, user growth, partner trust).
Why It Might Be a Fit
8+ years of social media marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role. Proven track record of building and scaling social media programs at a high-growth tech company, ideally in a trust-sensitive category (fintech, healthcare, government tech, cybersecurity, or identity).
