Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of Startup Marketing to own and grow our relationships with the venture-backed segment – the founders and early-stage teams building the next generation of great companies.

What You Will Do

Own the go-to-market marketing plan for the startup/VCB segment, tied directly to pipeline and revenue targets. Build and run integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, lifecycle, events, field, and content.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in segment, audience, or growth marketing for startup or SMB audiences
  • A track record of owning integrated campaigns and demand generation tied to measurable pipeline
  • Strong analytical fluency – comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing tooling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a gift for storytelling to a founder audience
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and the ability to thrive in ambiguity at a fast pace
