Role OverviewThis is a builder role that requires a senior leader to own the delivery process, drive practice innovation and growth, and own client and internal relationships. The role involves reviewing select returns, designing workflows, and communicating outcomes to clients. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of tax experience and 5 years of operations or leadership experience.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and fix issues in the delivery process, translate operational friction into platform improvements, continuously train the team, and reduce reviewer time spent cleaning up prep work. Partner with the Tax & Accounting Leader to hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team, and contribute to firm strategy around client experience and how we scale service delivery.

Requirements
- CPA or EA (active or willing to reactivate)
- At least 5 years of tax experience and 5 years of operations or leadership experience
- Working knowledge across individual, partnership, and corporate tax
- Experience managing teams with a track record of developing, redirecting, and making hard calls on talent
- Process improvements with measurable outcomes
- Practical systems thinking
- Basic AI familiarity required
