Role OverviewThe Head of Treasury Management Product is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and performance of the Bank's Treasury Management product portfolio. This leader will lead a team of product managers who will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap, drive innovation across payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud prevention, and digital treasury solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the Treasury Management product strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with the Bank's growth objectives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business case development, prioritization, implementation, launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial/Corporate Treasury Product Management or Transaction Banking
- 5+ years leading commercial product teams, product strategy functions, or cross-functional Treasury initiatives
- Proven success developing, launching, and commercializing Treasury Management products and solutions
- Demonstrated experience building and executing strategic product roadmaps
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
- Deep understanding of commercial payments, liquidity management, receivables, digital channels, and treasury operations
- Strong understanding of commercial banking, treasury operations, and payments ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree required
