Job Description
JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Head of UX to own the end-to-end member experience across their digital and operating platforms, ensuring cohesive, measurable, and revenue-driving customer touchpoints. The role requires a deep understanding of Mindbody Online, CRM platforms, and lifecycle automation, as well as experience in multi-unit or franchise environments. The Head of UX will be responsible for lifecycle performance, platform integrity, and performance optimization, with a focus on improving lead-to-member conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
